Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Water Restoration Apprentice Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for removing, repairing, and replacing water-damaged materials and addressing issues caused by water events.

Our technicians serve as the first point of contact for clients after incidents and must deliver strong customer service. You’ll operate equipment, assist with restoration tasks, and work with management to ensure client satisfaction, while adhering to safety and quality standards on

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
IICRC water damage or mold remediation certification preferred.
1–2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
2–4 years of Construction experience preferred.
2–4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
Valid drivers license required.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites following all state laws and policies.
Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
