Job summary

Serclean is seeking a dedicated Water Restoration Technician to lead the cleanup, removal, and replacement of water-damaged materials. You will operate equipment, assist customers after traumatic events, and work closely with the team to restore properties efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Overtime and some holidays may be required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1–2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites following traffic laws.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
