Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Water Restoration Apprentice Technician in Wetumpka, AL. You will be responsible for removing, replacing, and repairing water-damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage.

Our technicians are the face of our organization and must provide excellent customer service. The role requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
