Serclean in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Water Restoration Technician responsible for removing, replacing, and repairing water-damaged materials. You will be the first contact after a traumatic situation, so customer service matters and you must be professional and compassionate.

Responsibilities include setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers, working with management to ensure customers are well taken care of, and maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
