Job summary

Servpro of Duncanville/DeSoto is seeking a Construction Project Estimator to ensure top-quality restoration services. You will meet with customers, inspect damages, photograph sites, and develop comprehensive estimates for restoration work including ITEL, materials, and engineering reports.

This role requires two years of Xactimate experience (sketch included), a high school diploma, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of Xactimate experience (including sketch)
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in construction projects preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to inspect and photograph damages.
• Develop/write an estimate to include all restoration services required.
• Document all communications with customers and clients regularly.
• Coordinate with adjusters and clients for approvals/authorizations.
• Ensure estimates comply with plans, codes, and scope.
• Follow the claim from inspection to close with thorough documentation.
