Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace water-damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers.
• Work with management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
