Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for the Water Resources business sector
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities including geographic expansion and new service lines
• Identify merger and acquisition opportunities aligned with strategy and integrate acquisitions for synergies
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across offices
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting for Water Resources
• Oversee P&L for service areas, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability and backlog health
• Engage with clients and partners to expand relationships and influence market visibility
• Provide leadership in project delivery, risk management, and compliance with standards
