Job summary

BKF is seeking a Business Sector Lead of Water Resources to provide strategic leadership, guide market growth, and ensure excellence in project delivery across the Water Resources sector. You will report to the EVP of Infrastructure Solutions and align the sector with BKF’s long-term growth goals.

You will own the sector P&L, develop long-range plans, mentor teams, and collaborate with leaders to expand client relationships, pursue major pursuits, and drive innovative service delivery while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
Master’s degree is preferred for senior leadership.
Proven track record of leading large Water Resources programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for Water Resources.
Lead talent development and succession planning across teams.
Own the sector P&L, guide pricing and resource allocation.
Drive market engagement and growth with key clients and pursuits.
Oversee project delivery, risk management, and quality control.
Collaborate with BKF leaders to align with firm-wide goals.
