Job summary

Maguire Iron, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Design-Build to lead complex water infrastructure projects from concept through completion.

You will drive strategy, collaboration with customers, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to achieve project success. In this role you will guide preconstruction, procurement, budgeting, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive project management in civil/construction, water infrastructure, or related industries.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, contracts and documents.
• Willingness to travel throughout Maguire's service territory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design-Build and CMAR projects from pursuit to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, quality and budget.
• Develop strategy, risk assessments, scopes of work, and execution plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
• Oversee preconstruction activities, procurement planning, budgeting, and change order review.
• Mentor and develop junior project staff to strengthen Maguire's PM capabilities.
