• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead water resources and stormwater engineering projects for federal, state, and municipal clients.
• Manage projects, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with management.
• Prepare plans, technical specs, cost estimates, and QA deliverables.
• Develop and manage proposals, scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities in the Southeast.
