Benesch is seeking a Water/Wastewater/Water Resources Project Manager to lead engineering teams on municipal and regional water projects. The ideal candidate has extensive expertise in hydraulic, stormwater, and environmental permitting, plus strong client relationships across Massachusetts.

This hybrid role can be based at our MA or CT locations with travel as needed; you will manage scope, schedule, and budget while developing new business and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• 8+ years of experience in water resources, drinking water, wastewater, hydraulics and/or environmental permitting.
• Massachusetts PE license preferred or MA licensure desired.

• Lead projects and supervise project teams from planning to design.
• Control scope, schedule, and budget, and execute plans.
• Coordinate resources and mentor staff.
• Manage client relationships and pursue new business.
• Oversee financial aspects of assigned projects.
