Job summary

Benesch seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater/Water Resources Project Manager to lead design and management of water-related infrastructure. The role involves self-performing and directing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the MA/CT division and nationwide projects.

The successful candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of water resources experience, MA PE license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in water resources, drinking water, wastewater, hydraulics or environmental permitting.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.
• Strong organization and leadership with proven budgeting and scheduling.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and teams across water-related infrastructure.
• Control scope, schedule, and budget; lead work plans end-to-end.
• Coordinate resources to successfully complete projects.
• Utilize project management and scheduling software.
• Collaborate with Group Manager on project needs and growth.
• Oversee the financial aspects of assigned projects.
• Support marketing outreach and client relationships; seek add-on work.
• Grow career and project management experience.
