Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Water/Wastewater/Water Resources Project Manager to lead design and planning for water-related infrastructure. The role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and growth of the water resources group across Pennsylvania and nationwide.

The successful candidate will manage project scope, budget, and schedule, supervise project teams, and engage in business development while maintaining strong client partnerships and high-quality engineering delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with water resources, drinking water, and/or wastewater.
• Licensed PE in Pennsylvania.
• Existing client relationships in Pennsylvania desired.

Responsibilities

• Self-perform and direct project teams in the planning and design of water-related infrastructure projects.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to strategic initiatives for the water/wastewater group nationwide.
• Control and review scope, schedule, and budget; execute work plans from start to finish.
• Coordinate with group management on project needs, growth, and personal career development.
