Benesch is a growing, multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm. We are seeking a Water/Wastewater/Water Resources Project Manager to lead and self-perform a broad range of water-related infrastructure projects from planning through design, and to guide project teams.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of water resources experience, a PA PE license, strong leadership and client-relations skills, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum of eight years of experience with water resources, drinking water, and/or wastewater.
• Licensed PE in Pennsylvania.
• Existing client relationships in Pennsylvania desired.
• Excellent communication and client relation skills.
• Strong organization and leadership skills with a track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules.
• Ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Self-perform and direct project teams in planning and design of water-related infrastructure.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to strategic initiatives for group growth.
• Lead projects from planning through design and support nationwide expansion.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.
• Engage in business development and client outreach.
