Alfred Benesch & Company is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater/Water Resources Project Manager for our Massachusetts division. The role includes self-performing and directing project teams in planning and design of water infrastructure, with emphasis on client relationships and growth of the water/wastewater practice nationwide.

Hybrid schedule with travel for client meetings. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering, 8+ years in water resources, and a Massachusetts PE license.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with water resources, drinking water, wastewater, hydraulics and/or environmental permitting.
• Licensed PE in Massachusetts is required.
• Existing client relationships in Massachusetts desired.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills; strong organization and leadership with track record for adhering to budgets and schedules.

• Self-perform and direct project teams in planning and design of water-related infrastructure projects.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to strategic growth of the water/wastewater group.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, monitor scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support business development and foster internal career development.
