Job summary

Alfred Benesch & Company seeks a Water/Wastewater/Water Resources Project Manager to lead multi-discipline water projects in Pennsylvania. The role involves self-performing and directing project teams, managing client relationships, and contributing to growth across the water group nationwide.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, a PA PE license, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication and leadership skills. Hybrid schedule with PA travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Licensed PE in Pennsylvania preferred.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.
• Strong organization and leadership skills with ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct project teams in planning and design of water/wastewater and water resources infrastructure.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development for the water group nationwide.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget; ensure projects deliverables meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with Group Manager on project needs, growth, and personal career development.
• Take ownership of financial aspects of assigned projects and resource planning.
