Job summary

Alfred Benesch & Company is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater/Water Resources Project Manager in Pennsylvania. The role involves leading diverse water projects, directing teams, and managing client relationships to drive growth across the state.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, eight+ years of relevant experience, a PA PE license, strong communication, and proven leadership. Hybrid schedule with some on-site meetings in PA locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Eight or more years of water resources, drinking water, and/or wastewater experience.
• Licensed PE in Pennsylvania.
• Existing client relationships in Pennsylvania are preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
• Strong organization and leadership with adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Self-perform and direct project teams in planning and design for water-related infrastructure.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to strategic growth of the water resources group.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget; execute project work plans end-to-end.
• Coordinate resources and utilize project management software as needed.
• Provide mentorship and leadership for project personnel.
