Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead the planning and design of infrastructure projects with a national reach. The role blends self-perform work and directing project teams while managing client relationships to support growth of the water/wastewater group.

The ideal candidate holds a PE, a BS in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of water resources experience, and strong collaboration and communication skills. Hybrid work with travel as needed is available.

Qualifications

• Must have a BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least eight years of experience in water resources and/or wastewater.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensed.
• Strong creativity and judgment in applying engineering principles.
• Proficient in software appropriate for the discipline.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of water-related infrastructure projects.
• Manage client relationships and project scope.
• Oversee design calculations QC and coordination with disciplines.
• Guide project teams and contribute to strategic growth of water/wastewater group.
