Alfred Benesch & Company is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater/Water Resources Project Manager to lead a broad range of projects. The role includes self-performing and directing teams, managing client relationships, and driving growth in Pennsylvania and nationwide.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office meetings in PA locations and travel as needed for client needs. The ideal candidate has a PE license in Pennsylvania, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum 8 years experience in water resources, drinking water, or wastewater.
• Licensed PE in Pennsylvania.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills; ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and lead project teams for water resources work.
• Control and review scope, schedule and budget; execute plans end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Group Manager on project needs and growth.
• Manage financial aspects of assigned projects.
• Develop client relationships and opportunities for add-on work.
