Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking a Water Resources Engineering Project Manager in Florida to lead advanced water resources projects from proposal through construction.

You’ll oversee design, hydrologic modeling, regulatory permitting, and client coordination while guiding CAD staff and permit technicians. Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree, 5+ years of experience, and a PE license is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in stormwater and/or groundwater projects.
• PE license preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present information to governmental boards and public groups.

Mansioni

• Participate in water resources projects at proposal, planning and execution stages.
• Lead construction design drawings for water control structures and flood mitigation projects.
• Understand stormwater analysis and design; prepare stormwater management plans.
• Review and seal engineering design drawings where applicable.
• Work with stormwater modeling tools (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, StormWise/ICPR4).
• Oversee project phases and coordinate field work.
• Provide peer review of reports and designs.
• Liaise with clients and agencies to determine project requirements.
• Manage scheduling and financial aspects of projects.
• Supervise CAD designers and permit technicians.
