Job summary

Benesch is seeking an experienced Water Resources Project Manager to lead planning and design of water-related infrastructure, manage client relationships, and guide project teams. The role supports growth across Pennsylvania and nationally with hybrid work from PA offices.

The candidate will self-perform and direct projects, manage scope, schedule, budgets, and financials, and contribute to business development. A PA-licensed PE is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Eight+ years of experience with water resources, drinking water, and/or wastewater.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
• Existing client relationships in Pennsylvania desirable.
• Excellent communication and client relation skills.
• Strong organization and leadership with budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Self-perform and direct project teams in planning and design of water-related infrastructure projects.
• Direct project teams and manage client relationships across PA and nationwide.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to grow the water/wastewater group.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget from start to finish.
• Own financial aspects of assigned projects.
• Support marketing outreach and business development related to specific projects.
