• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.

• Development of project scope and fee quotations and assisting in technical proposals and contracts.
• Primary client liaison and management of project scope, schedule, and budgets to client satisfaction.
• Performing technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
