Job summary

HNTB in the United States is seeking a highly creative and motivated engineering project manager with water resources experience to lead project design across local and statewide municipal and DOT clients.

You will manage projects through full lifecycle, develop scopes and technical sections, coordinate with cross-discipline teams, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Experience in managing engineering projects in water resources.

Responsibilities

• Development of the project scope and fee quotation; assist in preparation of technical proposals and contracts.
• Primary client liaison; manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and client satisfaction.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
• Lead the project delivery plan and execution; supervise and mentor team to project objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Support business development; build client relationships and prepare proposal/presentation materials; lead interviews.
• Recruitment, hiring, and staff planning; succession and performance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
