Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Water Resources Senior Project Engineer to lead design and delivery of major infrastructure projects nationwide. You will produce and modify design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications while partnering with project managers to support the research, development, design, and delivery of engineering solutions.

You'll apply advanced techniques and mentor junior engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, with advanced degrees preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combinations.
PE licensure highly desirable for senior responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level engineering design and leadership on water resources projects.
Distribute work, supervise teams, and ensure schedule and budget adherence.
Assist in marketing and proposal development activities.
Develop scope of work and ensure quality across the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with clients and teaming partners at staff level.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to support professional growth.
