The successful candidate will collaborate with market sector directors, market leaders, and area staff to align initiatives with client needs and industry trends while promoting knowledge transfer and staff progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; act as Quality Control lead and technical lead on projects.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to enhance service quality.
• Engage in tactical planning with HDR teams; align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; assist in recruiting key positions.
