Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT) is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead and grow its Water Resources Engineering practice in Florida, based in Tampa.

This senior role partners with clients, project teams, and technical leaders to deliver complex programs spanning stormwater, drainage, floodplain management, water resources planning, and infrastructure development. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, staff mentoring, and expanding existing accounts while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering; Florida PE registration required.
• 15+ years in water resources with major programs or key client accounts.
• Experience in stormwater, drainage, floodplain management, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling.
• Experience with permitting and agency coordination.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for complex water resources programs and major projects, ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for key client accounts, identifying growth opportunities.
• Align resources, schedules, budgets, and expectations across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support business development through account planning, proposals, and client coordination.
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and staff to foster growth and high performance.
• Represent the firm with clients, agencies, and professional associations while expanding Florida Water Resources practice.
