Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Water Resources leader to establish and grow the Tampa office's Water Resources team, focusing on stormwater and CIP projects.

You will supervise staff, manage client relations, and drive proposals, budgets, and project delivery while collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and public engagement with municipalities and agencies in Florida.

Qualifications

• BSCE or related engineering degree required.
• FL PE registration required.
• 10+ years of engineering design and project management experience.
• Strong background in Stormwater and CIP.
• Experience with local codes and public agency standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead and grow the Water Resources team in the Tampa office.
• Partner with clients on planning studies and modeling for municipal water resources.
• Prepare and review statements of qualifications.
• Manage design development, contracts, cost estimates, and client relations.
• Present to public officials and engage stakeholders.
• Drive business development and market growth for the practice.
• Oversee project contracts, invoicing, and financial reporting.
