Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the expansion of our Water Resources Engineering practice in Florida.

You will oversee a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects, develop and strengthen client relationships, mentor engineering staff, and help shape the future of our growing water resources team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Florida.
• 10+ years of water resources engineering experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with stormwater, floodplain, H&H modeling, drainage, and water resource projects.
• Experience with environmental permitting for water resources projects.
• Experience with drainage/stormwater for linear utility corridors, from design to construction-phase compliance.
• Strong client stewardship and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex water resources engineering projects from planning through delivery.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, and client relationships.
• Provide technical leadership for multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead or support hydrologic, hydraulic, drainage, and stormwater engineering efforts.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal staff.
• Prepare proposals, technical reports, and project estimates.
• Mentor engineering staff and support practice growth.
• Serve in Team Leader role fostering collaboration and staff development.
