Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT) is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and grow the firm's Water Resources Engineering practice throughout Florida. This role is intended for a senior leader who can manage and expand complex client programs while partnering closely with clients, project teams, and technical leaders to deliver successful outcomes across stormwater, drainage, floodplain management, water resources planning, and infrastructure development projects.
The role combines program leadership, client relationship management, and strategic growth within existing and emerging accounts. Success will be measured through program performance, client satisfaction, project execution, account growth, staff development, and overall contribution to ECT's strategic objectives. Program Directors play a key role in shaping client strategy, mentoring project teams, and helping guide the continued expansion of ECT's Water Resources Engineering practice throughout Florida.
