Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
6+ years of water resources engineering experience.
Strong background in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.
Proficiency with engineering software and modeling tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical lead for hydrologic and hydraulic analyses.
Lead teams to develop and apply models using industry-standard software.
Evaluate drainage systems, floodplain impacts, culvert sizing, and stormwater management.
Guide junior staff and review calculations, reports, and cost estimates.
Ensure designs comply with regulations and client requirements.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and clients.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers and designers.
