Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to lead drinking water, wastewater, and groundwater projects across our Water offices. You will manage planning, design, and construction services, applying smart water systems and modeling in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a proven track record in client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• A PE license (Illinois/Multi-state preferred or able to obtain within 6 months).
• 10+ years of relevant water/wastewater experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with client relationships and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water/wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Prepare master planning reports for grants and loans.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and CAD disciplines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support marketing efforts.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
