Job summary

Stanley Consultants in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Engineer / Project Manager for water and wastewater pipelines and pump stations. You will lead study, design, and construction phases, manage budgets, and coordinate multi-discipline teams to deliver scalable infrastructure projects.

The role requires a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, 10 years' experience, PE license, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• A BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required; MS preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Network of water/wastewater professionals/contacts.
• Regional/technical design expertise for water pump stations and large pipelines.
• Active participation in professional associations (AWWA/WEF).
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills; client relations.
• Strong design team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deliver, and manage water/wastewater projects from study through construction.
• Serve as design or technical lead for potable water and wastewater conveyance.
• Act as project manager on utility projects and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget, with QA/QC oversight.
• Support marketing, client relations, and project proposals.
