Job summary

Stanley Consultants, an award-winning global engineering firm, seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer / Senior Project Manager for its Baton Rouge, LA office. Lead and deliver municipal water and wastewater projects, manage design teams, and build strong client relationships.

The role requires a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 10+ years of experience, Louisiana PE license or eligible within 6 months, and proven leadership across disciplines.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Louisiana PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Active participation in professional organizations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in delivering water/wastewater projects.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD disciplines.
• Support marketing opportunities and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor staff and develop junior engineers.
