Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Water/Wastewater Pipeline and Pump Station Senior Engineer / Project Manager for its Phoenix, AZ office. You will lead design, study, and construction phases for pump stations and large pipelines, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a PE license, a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong client relationships and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required; an established network in water/wastewater is valuable.
• Active participation in local/national water associations is expected, with leadership roles encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water/wastewater projects from study through construction phases.
• Develop designs, plans, specs, and estimates for pumps, pipes, and stations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects to meet budgets.
• Serve as primary client contact and support business development opportunities.
• Ensure QA/QC, schedule adherence, and effective resource planning.
