Job summary

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, strong analytical skills, and CA PE registration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, water resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• California Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
• Experience with flood control in California is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Consulting, design, construction management and project/program management of flood control projects.
• Develop knowledge of California flood control systems and policies.
• Prepare designs, memos, cost estimates and construction documents using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Ensure compliance with changing flood control operations and maintenance standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients and peers.
