• California PE licensure or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water resilience projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory agencies to secure approvals.
• Conduct analyses including hydrologic modeling and risk assessments to inform design.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets aligned with client expectations.
• Engage clients and stakeholders, providing updates and building relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and foster collaboration within the team.
• Identify new business opportunities related to water resilience for BKF's growth.
