Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled or a recent graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science degree with major coursework in civil engineering, public works, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent in work experience.
• Aptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications in Civil Engineering, AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Excellent writing, communication, and customer service skills; proficient with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop practical experience in resolving engineering problems and applying approved methods.
• Review and interpret plans, site layouts, specifications or construction methods for compliance.
• Gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Meet deadlines and work closely in a team environment.
• Prepare engineering designs and specifications on assigned portions of a project, accurately and timely.
