Responsibilities

• Lead and align technical practice groups across the matrix organization.
• Drive QA/QC program activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate staff development, policy adherence, and risk management.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and technology leadership to advance delivery strategies.
• Support recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning within the group.
• Guide delivery approaches for strategic initiatives and major pursuits.
