Job summary

Veolia North America seeks a results-driven production supervisor responsible for directing daily operations of water treatment facilities. You will oversee sources of supply, treatment plants, and pumping stations while ensuring reliable, high-quality water delivery and adherence to regulations.

The role requires 5+ years supervisory experience in a water utility, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong SCADA/technical skills to drive performance and safety across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Management or Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in a water utility with well and surface production facilities.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the production department on daily affairs.
• Achieve customer service outcomes.
• Ensure safety regulations and policies are implemented and followed.
• Maintain regulatory compliance at all times.
• Develop departmental budgets and manage expenses for growth.
• Perform periodic and annual performance reviews of direct reports.
• Coach staff to reach full potential.
• Collaborate with EHS to maintain safety culture and practices.
• Coordinate cross-department efforts for efficiency.
