Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee two or more full-time staff at a water/wastewater treatment facility in Massachusetts. You will plan, coordinate and supervise daily operations to meet permit and facility requirements while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. You will conduct lab tests, monitor equipment, and drive continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field; chemistry credits a plus.
• 5–7 years in water/wastewater treatment roles.
• Lead experience or supervisory training required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two or more full-time employees at a plant.
• Operate and maintain water/wastewater treatment equipment.
• Conduct laboratory tests and ensure product quality.
