Job Description
Position Purpose:
Is accountable for results of the team, exercises limited management authority; setting employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews, and defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline.
Plans, directs and oversees the overall operations of the production and treatment systems, which includes the maintenance of sources of supply, treatment plants and pumping stations, storage tanks, electrical and mechanical equipment and instrumentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality water at a reasonable cost. Ensures adequate supply of water to the distribution system to maintain minimum fire protection requirements and customer supply. Ensures that Company, governmental, and regulatory requirements and standards are consistently met.
