Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader for the Water Business Group to drive technical quality, project delivery excellence, and professional practice across multiple locations. This role aligns practice groups, strengthens delivery capabilities, and advances standards to support high-quality outcomes for communities and clients.

Qualifications

15 years of experience in professional services leadership.
Experience in managing and developing technical teams and practices.
Maintain AEC industry associations and active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee quality assurance and QC program activities to ensure delivery excellence across projects.
Drive risk management, process improvement, and technology-enabled delivery strategies across the Water Business Group.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to align practice standards and growth initiatives.
Support recruiting, staffing, and development of key staff to sustain project delivery capabilities.
Coordinate training and mentoring of staff on policies, procedures, and technical standards.
