Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL seeks a Water Park Manager to lead daily operations of our water park, pools, and guest areas. You will recruit and supervise the Water Park team, ensure safety compliance, and manage annual budgets and forecasts to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in aquatic safety, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons at our premier Florida Keys resort.

Qualifications

• Lead daily operations of water park, pools, slides, and guest areas.
• Strong knowledge of aquatic safety and risk management.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and labor-management skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of water attractions, pools, and guest areas.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop the Water Park team.
• Ensure lifeguard coverage, safety certifications, and emergency procedures.
• Develop and manage annual operating forecasts for attendance and revenue.
• Monitor performance vs budget; implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to grow ancillary revenue (cabana rentals, activities).
• Partner with Engineering and other departments to maintain facilities.
