Qualifications

• Ability to swim and respond quickly to emergencies.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience at a large luxury marina is required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wet services and dock management for safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate dockhands and helpers; assign daily tasks and schedules.
• Maintain maintenance, fueling, and inventory records.
• Operate the VHF base radio and coordinate during storms.
• Train and develop marina staff; ensure legal/compliance standards.
• Support marina functions, events, and guest experiences.
