Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL seeks a Marina Supervisor to lead all wet services and dock management, ensuring safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction at a premier Florida Keys resort.

You will coordinate dockhands, schedule maintenance, and oversee inventories for fuel, bait, ice, and oils while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance. Experience in luxury marinas and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience at a large-scale luxury marina.
• Ability to swim; CPR and first-aid trained (or able to obtain promptly).
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance, repair, and housekeeping needs; set priorities and schedules.
• Maintain checklists and records of maintenance and repairs (fueling equipment, docks, piers, safety equipment, etc.).
• Operate within budgets for maintenance and related activities.
• Maintain wet-slip rental inventory and manage fuel, ice, bait, and oil inventories.
• Maintain supplies for maintenance, cleaning, bathroom supplies, tools, and spill equipment.
• Support marina events and store duties including opening/closing and inventory checks.
• Operate the VHF base radio and coordinate during emergencies and storms.
• Coordinate with Coast Guard and agencies; train and supervise dockhands and attendants.
• Train all dockhands, fuel attendants, and launch-boat operators.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Marina Director/Dockmaster.
