Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Beeville Plant in Texas. The candidate will supervise daily operations and maintenance activities at a water/wastewater facility, requiring a Texas B Surface Water license and 7–10 years of experience.

You will lead operators, ensure SOP compliance, train staff, and prepare regulatory reports. This role demands strong problem solving and ability to interact with clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in water/wastewater operations.
• Experience with SOPs, regulatory standards and reporting.
• Strong ability to train and mentor staff on plant processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, scheduling and control at water/wastewater plants.
• Provide technical direction, assistance and training to personnel.
• Maintain work order system and monthly reports.
• Ensure SOPs, DOT and OSHA compliance.
• Communicate with clients on technical operations and inquiries.
• Train employees on plant operations, repairs, SOPs and safety.
• Assess and improve operating systems and SOPs.
• Prepare daily, monthly and yearly data (DMRs/SMRFs) for PM review.
• Assist in regulatory inspections to evaluate findings and ensure compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
