Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Beeville Plant in Texas. The role oversees Operators, provides training, and ensures safe, compliant water/wastewater operations. A Texas B Surface Water License and 7–10 years of experience with supervision are required; CDL preferred.

This on-site position emphasizes reliability and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include planning, data reporting (DMRs/SMRFs), and coordinating with clients during inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 7-10 years water/wastewater experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Texas B Surface Water License or Operator license as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and maintenance planning, scheduling and controlling at water/wastewater plants.
• Provides technical direction, assistance and training to other personnel.
• Manages maintenance of work order system and monthly reporting.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT, OSHA and other requirements are met.
• Communicates with client and customers on routine technical aspects of operations.
• Trains staff on plant operations, repair and installation techniques, SOPs and safety.
