Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Lead Operator in Texas to supervise daily plant operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements at water/wastewater facilities. The role emphasizes safety, equipment maintenance, and effective teamwork across shifts.

Qualified candidates will hold a Water/Wastewater license and have 5–7 years of relevant experience, with a High School Diploma or GED. CDL may be preferred depending on site specifics.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Water/Wastewater license required; CDL may be preferred depending on site.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day activities of operating and maintenance of treatment facilities.
• Allocates work and provides technical direction, assistance and training to other personnel.
• Makes sure SOPs, DOT, OSHA and site requirements are met and suggests improvements.
• Interacts with Operations Manager to ensure safety and permit compliance.
• Trains employees on plant operations, repair, installation techniques, SOPs and safe practices.
