HRG is seeking a Civil/Municipal/Water Resource Project Manager in York, PA. The role oversees civil, municipal, and water resources projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil, municipal and water resources engineering including municipal representation, stormwater management, roads, utilities, construction administration, ordinance and plan review, environmental permits (PADEP, USACE, FEMA), PENNDOT permits, grant applications, project presentations, and specification writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools; ability to use project management systems.
• Travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, including overnight stays.
• Valid US Driver’s License and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil, municipal, and water resources projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure successful delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Provide design oversight and QAQC of detailed project designs and reports tailored to client needs.
