Job summary

HRG, an employee-owned engineering firm in Harrisburg, PA, seeks an experienced Project Manager for Water & Wastewater to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage projects from planning through completion.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, client relations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring projects meet scope, quality, and time goals. A BS in Civil Engineering is required; PA PE preferred; 5+ years in civil/wastewater is expected. Travel and valid US license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PA professional license preferred (PE).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil, water, or wastewater engineering.
• Experience with water distribution and treatment systems, wastewater collection and hydraulics.
• Experience with modeling software and PA DEP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project management for water and/or wastewater engineering projects.
• Lead budgets, schedules, and quality, including monitoring utilization and financial performance.
• Review and prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and review designs and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Maintain ongoing client communication during and after project delivery.
• Collaborate with other PMs, engineers, and staff to ensure successful outcomes.
